|Farm Description: Highland Hollow offers a selection of heritage breed animals that consist of Scottish Highland Beef, Registered Berkshire pork, Registered Jacob Sheep, and Heritage cross bred Turkeys. We are fifth generation farmers as well as fourth generation butchers. In the past we have only offered our meat by whole or half animals with our CSA, now have expanded to online ordering, as well as a farm store. Our beef is grass fed only and is dry aged 21 days and offers a nutrient dense tasty product. The pigs are free to roam in almost 15 acres of woods and pasture which provide a rich marbled meat. The sheep are raised on pasture and also spoiled with some local grains. By the Spring of 2017 we hope to have our own USDA facility, adding to our uniqueness of our farm.
